Local Toll-Free Referral Telephone Number
The FPA MA has its own local referral number, 866-804-0484.
This number is given out to consumers who want to search for
a CFP® licensee. Rather than calling National, this new
service gives consumers the ability to call the FPA MA directly
for a more personalized touch.
Currently,
we are using National's PlannerSearch to match the callers
with CFP® practitioners. The difference, however, is that
by capturing the calls locally, we can send our own local
thank you letter along with the CFP® referrals and follow-up
via letter, email or phone call. This is a pilot program.
We may develop our own referral program in the future.
